If you are considering holding your event in Murihiku Southland but you want to experience it before committing, we would be happy to host you and introduce you to what the region has to offer. We will arrange an itinerary that introduces you to the most appropriate operators, give insight to support with your decision making, so that you have complete confidence our region will meet your needs.

Destination Proposals

Whether it be that you are considering a selection of destinations or know Southland is the place for you, our team can prepare a detailed proposal. Whether it’s conference venues, hotels, motels, lodges, social function venues, activity and attractions providers, transport, AV, and/or catering, our team will work directly with operators and present you options that fit your brief including investigation of availability and costings.

If your delegates have a partner joining them, or you would like to encourage your delegates to spend time in region pre and post conference, our team can provide activity itinerary suggestions allowing delegates to discover all that Southland has to offer visitors.

International Conference Assistance

Are you looking for additional support in bringing your conference to New Zealand? We work alongside Tourism New Zealand and its Conference Assistance Program to help you bring your international conference to New Zealand. This programme is available to any association or organisation that is considering bringing a conference to New Zealand with a minimum of 200 delegates.
